The Department of Sociology on 26th October organized a student paper presentation session designed to encourage critical thinking, and public speaking skills among the students. The event featured presentations by three student presenters—Moarenba on the topic “Environmental Footprint of Large AI Models”Bendangakum on the topic “Influencer Culture, Social Media, and the Minds of Modern Youth”Imkongsungla on the topic ” Rethinking Reservation policy in India”Students and faculty actively engaged with the presenters, asking clarifying questions and supplementing on the topics.
